Refund policy

Returns

Nolters guarantees the quality of all our jewelry. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging

All return requests must be approved by Nolters prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Nolters does not provide return labels
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable and insured shipping method, especially for high-value items.

Nolters is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days, excluding:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Any applicable duties or import fees

Nolters reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet our policy
  • Issue a partial refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

For defective or damaged items, please contact us at support@nolters.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo evidence of:

  • The item
  • The packaging (outer and inner)

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
